Disclaimers:
1. When you visit BCSC, you're not going to see special offers, red slashes, discounts, etc... You're just going to see what we think are the best prices around. No bells and whistles, no limited time offers, no coupons. You get it.

2. We have a 7-day return policy, which means items must be postmarked for return within 7 calendar days of receipt of item.

The only returns accepted will be items that are professionally graded or authenticated. We do not accept returns of unopened boxes product and raw cards.

3. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Free Shipping: Orders with a total value exceeding $1,000 are eligible for free shipping within the United States. For your safety and security and peace of mind, and ours as well, we mail everything out with Tracking and Insurance.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $1,000): For orders with a total value less than $1,000, a flat rate of $9.50, $14, or $18 (depending on weight and insurance) will be charged to cover packaging protection and shipping with tracking. Again, we don’t to this to make an extra few dollars... we do this for your peace of mind.

4. Whenever financially possible, we will ship everything Priority Mail and Insured, for your own safety. We make no money at all on shipping fees. In rare cases where we would still take a loss based on our rates, we will ship USPS Ground Insured, instead of Priority.
