PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY

1. Standard Shipping Policy- All orders under $1,000 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are insured with tracking. We don’t take chances when it comes to delivering your product and you pay for what we believe is the best and safest service available. 

In very rare cases of dispute, Shopify will intervene and is a fair arbiter on any claims.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, maximum, from the date of purchase. 

 

2. Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Up to $250
  • $11.75 USPS priority mail insured shipping)

• $250 -$499
  • $14 (USPS priority mail insured shipping)

• $500 - $999
  • $18 (USPS priority mail insured shipping)

• $1000 and over- PLEASE NOTE.   
  • Free (Insured UPS ground shipping with signature confirmation is free to you. Should you desire any other method or service please notify us immediately via email, at time of purchase, of your needs and we will happily accommodate your request and we will charge exact fees to cover your shipping needs.)

3. Shipping Time: Orders leave our store within 2 business days from the date of purchase. They are often sent same day and almost always next day. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors completely outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier error and carrier delays. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure that your items arrive promptly. 

We reserve the right to deny delivery to locations and/or  addresses that are potentially ports or terminals for overseas shipment. In addition, if we have a question about your order and we try to reach you via email and/or phone with no response from you after three days, we reserve the right to refund your money and cancel your order.
